This Payment and Money-back Policy (“the Policy”) is an integral part of our Website’s Terms and Conditions and is subject to the provisions of those Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and other Website documents, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.

This Policy outlines the payment process for our Services and describes the refund procedures.

Payment Terms

If payment is not successfully processed due to customer error and the Order is not canceled, access to the Services may be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

Additional fees, such as currency conversion or payment processing fees, may apply. Tax charges may also be added depending on jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for these additional charges.

Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

Customers may request a refund if the Service delivered does not meet the standards or requirements outlined in the Order Form or our Terms. Refunds are at our discretion and follow the quality assurance procedure outlined here.

Before requesting a refund, customers are encouraged to consider the option of a Service revision, as detailed in our Revision Policy.

If dissatisfaction persists after a revision, or if a revision isn’t viable, a refund can be requested within the Refund Period while the Order is in progress. The Refund Period starts immediately after the delivery deadline expires and lasts for 72 hours. No refund will be possible if the request is made after this period.

Refund requests based on quality concerns are reviewed by our Support Team at support@ibiawritingservice.com and processed within 20 business days. The refunded amount will be returned via the payment method used for the original transaction.

Chargebacks

A chargeback is a transaction dispute initiated by the cardholder’s bank, where payment is withdrawn and returned to the cardholder. This procedure is initiated by the bank issuer and carried out by the acquirer, not by us.

If a chargeback is initiated and a full refund is granted, the customer will no longer be permitted to use the Service, and any rights granted under the Service License will be terminated.
